At Lip Service, we want you to be obsessed with your style. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Choose your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
